CHRISTCHURCH, Last night, The Canterbury Jockey Club's Spring meeting was concluded to-day in fine weather. Tho eourse was in 8l„f* order and the att'mdance good. Ihe tote investments for the day amounted to £64.431 10s, compared with £.12.293 last year. The total for tlie meeting was £218,786 10s, ^against £194,079, an increase of £24,707 10s. Also ran: 2 Richfield, o Ansterity. 10 Stealth. 9 Bonrose, 12 Sea Raid and Miss Nightraid (bracketed). 11 Some Toff, 6 Jungle, 3 Starshooter, 13 The Bailiff, 7 Hurly Burly, 16 Phastar, 15 Ranelagh and Danthonia (bracketed), 18 Thurso, 20 Fair Exchange, 14 Grand Aere, 19 The \ iscount. 17 Kentish Lady, 22 Paliauta-I uui. 21 Corn Queen.
