ELIMINAUNG COCRT DELAYS. SPECIAL SITTING TO-MORROW. To-morrow marks the inauguration ot the special sitting of the court in Hastings under the jurisdietion of Justices of the Peace, with the idea of lightening the work which is heard at the usual Wednesday sittings. The cases to be dealt with to-morrow eomprise three charges of speeding two of cycling without a light, one of driving a motor car without a light and one of liaving a car rear number plate insufficiently illuminated.
