H.B. RADIO SOCIETY
VISIT TO TE MATA PEAK. AN EXPERIMENTAL MEETING. To-morrow night, the Hawke's Bay Radio Society will hold a special demonstration meeting at the Te Mata peak, the object of this trip heing to test out reception at a liigh altitude. A special receiver will be taken to the peak, and the results should certainly be very interesting. Complete arrangements have been made for the conveyance of members, and cars will leave the Magnus Motors, in Russell ,street, at 7.30 p.m. If possible supper will be provided at tlie peak, and the whole cost of the trip to mem'bers will he one shilling. As this meeting is purely in the nature of experiment, it is hoped that there will be a full muster of radio fans to encourage the society which is so carefully watching the interests of listeners.
