WELLINGTON, This day. Two members of the Byrd expedition, Messrs Rucker and Van Der Veer arrived by the Wahine from the south at seven o'clock and left by the Tamaroa. at 7.50 a.m. for P anama to transship for New York. The reason for the haste is that they are- in charge of the expedition films and desire to get them on the market as soon as pdssiblev Eive cases were stored on the jWahine's deck and instantly transferred to the Tamaroa. Several sledges are also going, -which .are being. taken as souvenirs. •• Mrs Rucker, . who came to join her liusband, is also a passenger.
