MOTOR CYCLIST'S TROUBLE

* TWO CHARGES LAID. At the Hastings Magistrate's Court this morning before Mr A. M. Mowlem, S.M., on the information of Traffic Inspector J. R. Dunnett, Thos. Hurndell pleaded guilty to charges of, being the rider of a motor cycle, he failed to giye way to traffic approaching on his right and al&o with riding a motor cycle without a silencer. On the first charge he was fined £1, costs 10s, and on the second £2, costs 10s.
