ROSS—ERICKSEN.

A quiet hut pretty yedding to4k place. at St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, Napier, on Thursday evening, April 24, the Rev. J. A. Asher being the ofiiciating minister. The contracting pariies were Elsa Margnerite (Daisy), third daughter of Mrs and the late Mr D. Ericksen, of "Brookfields" Meanee, and Douglas Vincent, second son of Mr and 'Mrs A. Ross, or Ngaio, Wellington. The bride, who entered tbe church with her brother, Mr Jack Ercikseu, looked charming in her bridal frock of ivory crepe de chine, ' which fell in long graceful points to the ankles and had long tailored sleeves. Her pretty embroidered veil was arranged with a coronet of orange blossoms. White satin shoes and a bouquet of white flowers completed a dainty toilette. There was one small bridesmaid! in attendanee, Miss Audrey Dwyer, neice of the 'bride. She was daintily froescd , ?n eau-de-nil gecrgette, beautifully worked in shell pink. With this was worn a shorb shell pink tulle veil, arranged on the head with a bandeau of silver leaves ; and silver shoes and soeks. A bouquet of pale pink flowers was carried. Mr A. Giles capably carried out tbe dutiea of best man. After tbe ceremony a reception was held at Wesley Hall, where the usual toasts were honoured. Later the happy couple left on their honeymoon amid showers of good wisKes, the bride travelling in a bottle green tliree-piece woollen jumper suit, with hat to match, b.rown. shoes and stockirurs and red fox fur. _ Mr and Mrs Ross will in future reside at Opunake, Taranaki.
