VISIT TO HAWKE'S BAY. TO BE ENTERTAINED BY HASTINGS ORPHANS At the Hastings Orphans' Club's korero last night Ghief Orphan J. Bewley intimated that the Hastings Orphans' Club had been asked if they would he prepared to entertain at a korero, the British footballers on their visit to Hawke's Bay. It was the unanimous wish of members that this should be done and the matter was l-eferred back to the executive to deal with. As the British players are not allowed to be entertained on a night prior to a match. it was agreed that the korero fixed for July 11 should he held 011 July 10, when in addition to tlie footballers. a number of Wellington orphans will also be present.
