A massage from Milwaukee (Wisconsin) states that Sir Hubert Wilkins has invited Mr Lincoln Ellsworth, the United States explorer, to accompany him on his proposed submarine trip to the North Pole, as co-leader of the expedition. Sir Hubert Wilkins' plans to leave New York in April for England, tlience to proceed to Spitzhergen, from where hewill start in Jnne on tlie 2100 miles submarine journey to tlie Pole,
