SUNDAY SERVICE
ADDRESS IN HASTINGS During the course of an address given last evening in the United Hall, Hastings, it was shown from the Scriptures that the basis of the Gospel of Christ was the covenant made with Abraham. Evidence for this was found in the fact that Ghrist and the Apostles taught that the promises to Abraham were not yet fulfilled but would be when the seed promised were manifested in the earth. This necessitated the return of Christ, who along with tliose that are His constitute "the need" who are to possess the gatqs of their enemies (that is have dominion over all nations) who will be blessed by their righteous and heneficent administration. The teaching, concerning the con-stitutio-n manifestation and mission of the glorious immortal seed, forms a hasio principle of the doctrine and Gospel of Christ and reveals that that unwarrantable qxaggerated glorification of the British nation known • as British Israelism is a perversion of that Gospel.
