Budd, York street, at 3 p.m. to-nioi'row, it has heen decided that in the event of the weather heing wet, the function will take place 111 the raeeeourse pavilion. The speakers will be the Rt. Hon J. G. Cohtes, Mr J. A. Nash, AI.P., Palmerston Nortlx, and Mr H. M. Campbell, M.P. In the event of the gatlxering heing at the raeeeourse, any lady desiring a car is asked to ring 51M, Hastings, not later than 1.30 p.m. to-morrow.
