Closing values for January/March shipment No. 1 good marks £37, fair average quality, £36; No. 2: £35 15s to £35. New Zealand market Tery quiet. The only business has been done in small lots of common. Nominal comparative closing values unchanged. Stocks in Great Britain on 30th November 59. tons, against 33 tons same time last year.

Egge: New laid: Demand quiet and market weakat lower prices. Colonial steady owing to decreasing arrivals. Present quotations are: English, 22s to 28s per long 100,(120 eggs); Dutch, 17s Gd to 225; Danish. 24s to 275; Belgian, 17s to 18s 6d; South African, 15s 3V4d to 19s; Australian, 16s 3d to 17s 9d; Polish, 13s to 14s 6d. New Zealand cleared at 16s 9d to 17s 6d.
