Sir Esmond Ovey, recently .appointed British Ambassador at Moscow, presented his letters of credence to President Kalinin at the Kremlin yesterday. Notes regarding propaganda were exchanged later in the day.

MOSCOW, 21st December. Sir Esmond Ovey, the British Ambassador, when handing over his credentials to M. Kalinin, expressed his appreciation of the restoration of AngloBussian relations.
