HICGELATION TEST CASK. (Per Press Association) Woodvillc, June 1 I. A Lest case of interest to the dairy industry was brought before Mr S. L. P. 'Free. the locla .Magistrate to-day. Mr J. W. Smith, a diary inspector, brought an action against Mr J. Sweede, manager of the United Company’s dairy factory lor not grading cream according to the general regulations under the Dairy Industries Act. The prosecution contended that the defendant was grading higher than was warranted. After lengthy evidence the Magistrate reserved his decision. The defence argued that the grading was fair and reasonable, and that the department based the case on grading done more than three hours after the cream arrived at tins faetoy.
