REVOLVER ACCIDENT.
BOY SHOOTS HIMSELF. [By Telegraph —Press Association]. Dunedin, last night. A boy named John George Hewitt, son of the keeper of an oyster saloon in George street, accidentally shot himself this evening, and died a few minutes after reaching the hospital. The boy, who is 7 years of age, in rummaging about found a revolver in the pocket of his brother’s coat. A report was heard, and when he was found a revolver bullet was found to have entered above his lip, and travelling up at the back of tho eye lodged in the brain.
