FOOTBALL.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Dunedin, last night. ] In the football match, played to-day, Otago University defeated Canterbury College by 9 points to 3. Well on in the second spell Moyes, one of the Canterbury College team, had the misfortune to break his left arm, and had to retire. FORGERY. At Naseby, Alfred Neylon was committed for trial on a ebargo of forging and uttering a cheque for £lO. SUDDEN DEATH. Mrs Mary Wales, 56 years, dropped dead this evening in Princes Street South. Death was supposed to bo duo to heart disease,
