WELLINGTON NEWS.
A SUDDEN DEATH. By telegraph—Press Association— Wellington, last night. A man named Albeit- Prior, forty years of age. who burst a blood-vessel in a city restaurant yesterday, died in the hospital to-day. POULTRY SHOW. The twentieth annual show of the Wellington Poultry Society opened to-day. Toe championship awards will not be announced until to-morrow. Tonar Bros, and Hutchinson, of Auckland, and Walker, Th msnn,and Han ingtou, of Christchurch, were very successful exhibitors.
