The Trades’ Union Congress rejected a resolution in favor of woman's franchiso by 110 to 10i!. The Congress carried by a small majority a resolution forbidding factories to employ children undor 15 years of ago. It condemned capitalists’ trusts, and advocated enquiry into the question of payment of mombors of Parliament-.
