Pelletan, Minister for Maruio, alter oxpcrmieiicuig with eight hours system in some of the (Government dockyards, with the object of ascertaining the amount of work done, is so satisfied with the resuit that he has decidod to generally apply the system as far as the dockyards arc concerned.
