[By Telcgrapn—Press Association.] Auckland, last night.

Tho Now Zealand Insurance Company’s balance-sheet for the year ended 30th November, 1902, is published, from which it appoars that the credit balance, after paymont of tho interim dividend of £IO,OOO in July last, is £65.305, which the directors recommend should be doalt with as follows : Dividend at the rate of 4s per share, £20,000; add to reservos, £25,000 ; carried forwurd to new account, £20,305. The paid-up capital, reserves, and undivided profits now total £420,390.
