.SUPREME COURT. At the Supreme Court, Wlu. Rur.cimua, said to nave oecn a brevet major in the Koyai Dragoons, and to have been in the Egyptian army in the advance to Khartoum, was found guilty cf obtaining money by false pretences at Mastorton, and remanded for sentence. David Henry Patton was found not guilty of assaulting John Hutcheson at liongotea. Mr Justice Edwards expressed approval of the verdict.
