ANTICIPATED RESIGNATION. By Telegraph—Press Association— Wellington, lastuight. It is stated that Mr Justice Conolly’s resignation from the Supreme Court Bench will take piaee after tne Marcu sitting of the Court of Appeal. Mr Justice Edwards will probably take up circuit work in Auckland, and Mr Justice Cooper will reside in Wellington. This, it is understood, will lead to a successor to Mr Justice Cooper being appointed as President of the Arbitration Court.
