CHINA’S DOWAGER REPORTED DEAD
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Feb. 5. The Tientsin correspondent of the Times says a rumor current as to the Dowager’s death is possibly true. The fact may be suppressed until the Chinese New Year observances are completed.
