President Loubet, in a telegram to King Edward, says that he is delighted at the good impression carried away as the result of his visit, and most warmly thanked him for the sentiment so kindly manifested towards the French people and Government. King Edward was accorded a splendiu ovation at Portsmouth and Loudon.
