MOHAKA DOG TRIAL RESULTS.
The above took place on Thursday and Friday last, there being a fair attendance. Mr Sinclair acted us judge, Mr Lindsay supplying the sheep for tho heuding events and Mr Hisiop for tho hunt away. Tho trial concluded with a social and dauce. Tho results were :
Class 1, heuding and bringing .back. — McTvor’s Durkio, 28 points, 1 ; Kupi’s Don, 27, 2; Lumsden’s Rogue, 46, 3; McMillan's Princo, 25, 4. Class 2, hunt away.—Lindsay’s Fan, 29, 4 ; Lindsay’s Ray, 26, 2 ; Keefe's Rough, 22, 4 ; Harmer’s Roy, 22, 4. Class 3, heading, bring back, and yard-ing.-—-Harmer’s Mire, 29, 1; Petiera’s Durkio, 27, 2 ; McGrath's Jack, 24, 3 ; Jones' Joe, 22, 4. District Prize, points to count in Classes 1,2, and 3.—Keefe's Rough, 1; Petiera’s Darkie, 2 ; Mclvor’s Darkio, 3. Consolation Class, lieadiug, bringing back, and yarding.—Merry’s Don, 4; Merry’s Lassie, 2 ; Hodgo’s Scott, 3 ; McGrath’s Bess, 4.
