The Commission recently appointed under ilie chairmanship of Mi: A. G. Murray, to inquire into the relations of capital and labor, ilus been instructed to .c'pert on a law applicable to trade disputes and combinations, and to effect a modification of the law. Admiral Sir J. B. Fisher has been appointed to succeed Admiral Lit C. B. Holhum us Cummanderiu-Chicl at Portsmouth.
