OTTAWA, June 5. A Commission of Enquiry held in to (lie charges of bribery preferred ■against Robert Stratton, Provincial Secretary in the Ontario Legislative Assembly, has drawn up a report. R. It. Gainey, the newly-elected member for Manitolin, declared that. Stratton paid him through an agent, four thousand dollars to support, the Government,. The Commission found Gamey’s statement unworthy of credence.
