A RARE TREAT.
Monday and Tuesday nights should witness packed houses at the Theatre Boyal, when Mr Val Vousaen will appear
in Gisborne for the first time. The enter-
tainment is a novel one in every respect, and one which all classes of the community can witness with pleasure. The press notices, as well as private advices, assure I us of the high order of merit of the entertainment to be submitted. Mr Yousden, I apart from his ventriloquial powers, which are second to none, is a mimic of the first order, and we understand that he will give life-like impersonations of some of our well-known local celebrities. We are assured that there will be nothing offensive in anything which tho entertainer may do or say when referring to local matters, but that the public will laugh there can hardly be any doubt. Seats can be booked at Miller’s, without extra charge. The prices, 2s and Is, are the cheapest on record for an entertainment of this unique character.
