Constantinide, a Greek merchant, has petitioned for a divorce from the daughter of the late Stephen Rollis. The lady, who is vory rich, obtained a divorce in Dakota, and married Dr Lance. Tho jury found respondent, co-respondent, and petitioner all guilty of misconduct, and assessed the damages at £25,000. Justice Jeuno reserved judgmont on the point whether petitioner’s adultery justified him in dismissing the petition.
