LICENSE CASE.

The Chief Justice reserved decision in the case in which the late licensee of the Hotel Metropole, St. Clair, sought an order from the Court to compel the Caversham Licensing Committee to grant a license, tho contention being that the committee had refused the license, thinking because it was endorsed they had no power to grant it.
