STEAMER BALMAIN.
ASHORE AT WHANGAREI. (Special to Times.) Auckland, last night. A tolcgram rccoivod from Whangaroi statos that tho Sydney steamer Balmain ran aground off Grahamtown on a falling tido last night. It is roportod thoro is an improbability of hor getting off till the noxt spring tides. The Balmain put into Whangaroi yosterday for bunker-coal, her -snpply° having run short. The steamer was bound from Sydney to Gisborne.
