TROOPS AND STRIKERS HAVE FREQUENT COLLISIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association— L. Copyright. ST. PETERSBURG, Aug. 4. The condition of the Caucasus districts continues very bad. Incendiary conflagrations at the oil-weii factories are of daily occurrence. The prolonged suspension of the Bar ku-Tiilis railway is causing a famine Many towns and villages have frequent collisions between the troops and riotous strikers. Tho main grievances of the strikers are long hours, inadequate wages, uncertainty of employment, and unfair lines.
