BEATRICE VARTHA CONCERT.
To-night the above company give their final concert at the Theatre Royal. An excellent programme has been arranged, including selections from both popular and classic pieces, making the most attractive entertainment presented to Gisborne audienso for a long time. In addition to the members of the company who performed on Wednesday last, Herr G. Lehmann, the talented violinist, will render several solos and duets. Miss Beatrice Vartha, who was accorded such an ovation, has chosen some very fine musioal gems for this occasion—many have been by special request. Mr R. Mitchell will also add some items to the already interesting programme. The management have made this a popular night to give everyone the opportunity of hearing the final concert by this talented company, which should be an inducement to all lovers of music to give the brilliant young pianist a record house on this her farewell performance.
