THE MOTOR CAR BILL.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Received 9.29 p.m., Aug. 9. London, Aug. 9. After a prolonged dobate the House of Commons agreed to a compromise oyer the Motor Car Bill, the speed limit being fixed at 20 miles an hour. The Bill dealing with adulterated butter has been abandoned.
