OAMARU, last night. Ajt the Harbor. Board meeting today, the committee submitted a scheme oi providing whart accommodation for large steamers at a cost of £10,000.; The proposal was favorably received, and referred hack to the committee for details. If the scheme is adopted, it will be necessary to Ijcvy a small addibipnal rate as security for the interest.
