THE RELIEF EXPEDITION. Per Press Association. Wellington, last night. Captain Colbock, who is to lake command of tho relief expedition to tho Discovery, now iepbound in the Antarctic regions, arrivod by the Papanui. He will probably go to Lyttelton to-night to join tho Morning and sail for Hobart towards tho end of tho month. He corroborates the Hobart cable that the relief ships ore expected to get away from Hobart about tho middle of December and roach the ice -in the middle of January. If it is humanly possible to got the Discovery out, it is expected she will be freed about the end of March. If tho ship cannot bo released, tho officers and crew will be brought back by the relief ships.
