FRANCE ISOLATED.
ELECTBICAL DISTUBBANCE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Paris, Nov. 1. France has been isolated for the greater part of to-day from telegraphic and telephonic communication with the rest of Europe and America. International communication was not interrupted. The disturbance is attributed 'to a Bevere electrical earth disturbance, due to seismic atmospheric phenomena, including the Aurora Borealis. Communication waa suddenly restored at sunset.
