IN Pursuaooe and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by •'The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” tbe Gisborne Borough Council hereby resolves as fellows— . '•That, for the purpose ol providing the interest and other charges on a loan of JE5500, autboiised to bo raised by the Gisborne Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for ereotion of a Bridge over the Tarnberu River at Roebuck Road, the said Gisborne Bcrough Counoil hereby makes and levies a Speoial Rate of l£d in the £ upon the rateable value of all rateable property within the Borough of Gisborne, as defined by the N.Z. Gazette of 9th June, 1904, No. 48, Folio 1490. Passed at a Special Meeting of the Gisborne Borough Counoil, held on the 13th day of March, 1906, and confirmed at a properly-constituted meeting of the said Council hold on Tuesday, the 10th day of April, 1906, Wo hereby certify that tbo above Bpecial Order has been duly made.
