As a number of oivilian members of the Association have not got regulation rhfls and have not had time to prooure same, “ Rule No. 12, NZ.D.B.A. rules 1906," is snspended and volunteers may allow civilians to use their rifles at this competition, after removal of all sighting marks, but exchanges between vo’unteors Is prohibited.
