RIVER RECLAMATION.

To the Editor of the Times. Sir,—l, rise to applaud Councillor Webb for calling attention to the job of reclamation and fencing in river bank and road. If this company can reclaim the river bank where is this reclaiming going to end? And if one side reclaims to centre of watercourse, why cannot the other side do likewise. ■ Yours, etc., ROUGHRIDDEN.
