In the last try in the final, Dr. Thomas (Christchurch), 21, beat Greig (Canterbury), 14, Wheeler (Dunedin), third prize! INVERCARGILL, last night. The howling tournament has been concluded. In rinks, Allan’s (North End) won the first prize, £l6; Locks (Gore), the second prize, and Howie (North End), third. Garfortli and Fruish (Balclutha) won the double. AUCKLAND, last night. The Auckland Bowling Association’s tournament continued to-day. The championship was won *by the Mt. Eden Club’s team, skipped -by Ran'kin.
