SUEZ ROUTE IMPROVED. Press Association. WELLINGTON, Yesterday. The Postmaster-General announces that arrangements have been completed for a direct steamer from Wilington for Sydney, to sail regularly every Friday, making a close connection with the Suez mail at Sydney weekly. The new arrangement will commence with the sailing of the s.s. Wimmera from Wellington on Friday, 26th inst.
