MR. CHAMBERLAIN’S HEALTH.

Mr. Joseph Chamberlain, in a letter to Sir John Forrest, says his cure is slow, but the doctors aro of ■ the opinion ho will bo ultimately restored to perfect health. Referring to the Imperial Conference, Mr. Chamberlain declares Mr. Deakin was the hero of the occasion, and his speeches produced a great effect in the public mind.
