ROMAN CATHOLIC MARRIAGES.
A NEW REGULATION. United Press Association —Copyriqhl Received August 22, 9.18 p.m. LONDON, August 22. Reuter asserts that the Roman Congregational Council has issued a decree radically changing the conditions of Catholic marriages. In future they will be invalid - everywhere unless celebrated in the presence of a priest and two witnesses, except in districts without a priest for a whole month, when Catholics will become validly married if they express their consent in the presence of two witnesses. The new law operates as from next Easter.
