A LABORERS’ BANK
AN AMERICAN EXPERIMENT.
United Press Association—Copyright Received August 22, 9.20 p.m. - NEAV YORK, August 22. The State of New York has granted a charter to the Wage-Earners’ Capital Alliance with a view to the establishment- of a bank to look after the interests of labor. The capital is two million sterling. The laboring classes will be the chief stock-holders.
