Drunkenness. —John Erickson was clurged with having been found drunk and was convicted and fined the sum of 10s, costs 2s, in default 48 hours’ imprisonment. Civil Cases. —Judgment was given for plaintiff in the following cases: Daws, Third and Mitchell, claim £1 10s, 'costs 10s; Commissioner of Taxes v. Herbert F. Gush, claim £1 7s 6d, costs ss. Judgment Summonos. —in the case A. M. Lewis (Mr. Blair) v. Tereliungu, claim for £33 4s, of which £ls had been paid, defendant was ordered to pay the balance £lB 4s forthwith, in default 19 days’ imprisonment.
