THE MUSICIANS BILL.
Special to Times. WELLINGTON, Sept. 26. The Education Committee has killed Mr. Sidey’s Musicians Bill. They have carefully considered it, and recommend that for this session it bo not allowed to proceed. At the same time tho Committbo express tlie opinion that the introduction of a measure providing for the registration of teachers of music is a matter worthy of the consideration of the Government.
