The combined commiibtee for the carnival, to be bold in Napier in March next, met last evening, and drew up the following programme for the* carnival: Sunday, March loth, church parade; Monday, IGtli, bawling tourmaincntj Maori demonstration, and sports; 17. th, first day of Napier Park Racing Clubs meeting and cricket; ISth, Park races, cricket, marine excursion; 19th, championship regatta, swimming championships, iiiterprovincial law." tennis touriiannenit, bowling, motor launch trip.': 20-tli, tennis, bowling, cricket: 21.-1, mounter athletic and cycling gala ; 22iul, sacred band concert; 23 rd, championship rowing, swimming, and general aquatic sports, motor launch trips, tennis finals; 24th. grand fete for children, sports, etc., torchlight procession of fire brigades and volunteers, illuminated trade displays, tableaux, fireworks, street masquerades, comet.: throwing, etc, tournament at Napier Parle, rough riding, motor car, and ambulance corps events; grand military ball. There will be theatrical performances each evening.
