AUCKLAND, January 14. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency offered 2321 bales the bulk of which consisted of crossbreds, tho highest price realised being 9Jd for a lot sold on account of Mr. AY. J. Bilton, of Kaipara, and tho next was 9Jd for a line of 13 bales sold for AV. E. Mountain of Russell. Messrs J. AY. Burney and Sons secured 93d for a line of 4 bales of fine Southdown wool and received the highest, offer of the day —inpl—for a choice line of lialfbred wool.
