A. HARBOR BOARD’S COAIPLAINT Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Feb. 12. At tills afternoon’s meeting of the Lyttelton Harbor Board, considerable caustic comment was made upon the fact that during the stay of the fleet the Board’s tug was at the disposal of H.AI.S. Powerful day and night, and that the Board’s kindness to the naval authorities had been accepted without thanks, but that in several instances, which were quoted, it had been abused.
