A dynamite cap and fuse were found in the office, but it is believed tint a much stronger explosive than dynamite was used in the bursting process, /is the thick steel plates wero bent and broken, the rivets and fittings absolutely shattered, and tho steel locks broken in two pieces. Tho top casting was pretty well blown, right off, and had the intruders not been alarmed, another ten minutes’ work would have been sufficient to onablo them to secure the contents of the safe, amounting to £7O or £BO.
